REPAIR and UPGRADE - We operate
a visiting repair service with no call out charge and a 'no fix,
no fee' policy. If we can't fix it, we won't charge you. Repairs
are carried out in the client's home or business premises whenever
possible. We will not remove your computer unless absolutely necessary,
and whatever we do, access to your computer data is handled sensitively
and with discretion.
NETWORKING - We can set up home
or office networks to suit you - from simple file and printer
sharing, to a complete intranet serving data and providing internal
email.
OFFICE SUPPORT - We can provide
remote IT management, backing up critical systems outside office
hours, minimising impact on your business.
BESPOKE SOFTWARE - Software specifically
designed for stock control and ordering, and financial records
